Jimmy Koury is a Harrisburg, Pennsylvania real estate agent with over a decade of experience helping buyers, sellers, investors, and business owners navigate residential and commercial real estate throughout Central PA. Born and raised in the Harrisburg area, Jimmy has deep local roots and firsthand knowledge of the communities he serves, including Harrisburg, Camp Hill, Hershey, Mechanicsburg, Lower Paxton, and surrounding Dauphin and Cumberland County markets.

Active in the real estate profession beyond his own transactions, Jimmy served as the 2025 President of the Greater Harrisburg Association of REALTORS (GHAR), representing thousands of real estate professionals across the region. He continues that leadership role as GHAR's NAR Director for 2026 and 2027, representing Central Pennsylvania's real estate community at the national level through the National Association of REALTORS. Known for his personalized approach, Jimmy takes the time to understand each client’s goals, timeline, and financial strategy. His background in both residential and commercial transactions allows him to see opportunities others may miss, especially for clients considering investment properties, mixed-use buildings, or long-term real estate planning in the Harrisburg metro area.
A 2011 graduate of Penn State University, Jimmy earned his degree in Information Sciences and Technology and was actively involved in THON OPPerations, helping organize the university’s largest fundraising event supporting pediatric cancer research. This experience strengthened his skills in project management, coordination, and teamwork, all of which play a key role in delivering smooth, well-organized real estate transactions for his clients.
Outside of real estate, Jimmy stays active at the Harrisburg YMCA, enjoys playing basketball, and follows his favorite teams, the Indianapolis Colts and Baltimore Orioles. He is also a passionate Penn State football fan and can often be found in Beaver Stadium on fall Saturdays.
